We are dentists providing total family dental care
at a practice that has celebrated its fortieth anniversary. Some
of our original patients are bringing their grandchildren today,
and telling us we've practically become an institution in this
area. Isn't that something to smile about?

Meet Daniel S. Fox, D.D.S.
Dr. Fox graduated from the University of Michigan Dental
School in 1994. He also received a Bachelor's of Science
degree in psychology from the University of Michigan prior
to dental school. He chose the profession of dentistry
because of the influence of a few of his relatives who
are dentists. Dr. Fox especially likes the artistic side
of dentistry, making beautiful smiles and working with
his hands. He also takes pride in making patients feel
comfortable in his chair.
Dr. Fox first came to this practice in 1999 as an associate.
In January 2002, he purchased this practice from the original
owner, Dr. Freeman. He is passionate about staying up-to-date,
using the latest equipment and techniques. When Dr. Fox
signs up for continuing education courses, he is most drawn
to those concerning dental techniques using high technology.
This accounts for his purchase of the CEREC machine, which
allows us to create crowns for patients in one visit. The
office also uses digital radiography which allows us to
take x-rays with less radiation exposure verses traditional
film and intraoral cameras that allows us to show and better
explain to our patients a specific area that may require
treatment.
Dr. Fox is a member of the American Dental Association,
the Michigan Dental Association, the Detroit District Dental
Society, the Oakland County Dental Society, the Alpha Omega
Dental Fraternity, the Chicago Dental Society, and the
Academy of Computerized Dentistry of North America.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Fox loves all kinds of sports.
He follows the local Detroit teams, including the Tigers,
Lions and Pistons, as well as the University of Michigan
football and basketball teams. |
